Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

The cost of delivery is included in the price of each cushion. 

Estimated delivery is up to seven days via Royal Mail and your package can be tracked. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order, I will offer an exchange or refund if you contact me requesting this in seven days of you receiving your cushion(s). 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to return items, and I do not issue refunds on the original cost of postage. 

Refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected. 

Items must be returned within seven days of the return request or items will be automatically sent back. 

Any items that do not reach me is the responsibility of the customer.
